We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome your team to this year’s Pfeffer Derby! Whether you’re a returning favorite or gearing up for your very first lap down the track, your energy, creativity, and team spirit make this day what it is—a celebration of fun, inclusion, and community.
To those who’ve raced with us before: thank you for making the Derby unforgettable. Your enthusiasm, costumes, car builds, and epic team chants have brought the heart of this event to life year after year.

And for everyone joining us this time around—get ready to roll! This is your chance to make your mark, steal the spotlight, and maybe even take home the coveted Champion’s Trophy. Let the competition begin... we can’t wait to see who will rise to the top in speed and style.

Team Registration Requirements

To register, please complete the form below and ensure your team meets the following requirements:

Team Size: Maximum of 5 participants per team
Team Name: Get creative! This will go on your shirts and scoreboard
Cars: Each team must submit two cars:
- One for Racing – May have weights added for balance, but no original parts (wheels, axles, etc.) may be replaced
- One for Best Dressed – Must follow this year’s theme and may include props, decorations, and creative builds—but all original parts must remain intact
Note: All kits will be supplied by Our Place Respite in advance.
