You’ve helped turn a small idea into a growing legacy. What began in our parking lot is now an annual community celebration, attracting hundreds of participants from local schools and day programs across St. Thomas, Elgin County, Simcoe, London, and beyond. And it’s because you said yes.

How You Can Help This Year

This year, the Pfeffer Derby is growing again! With over 200 participants expected and a new venue on the horizon for 2026, we’re reaching out for support to make this year just as magical—and to keep the event 100% free for every participant.

You can sponsor any of the following areas:

Team Sponsor
$125 per team 

Each team receives custom team t-shirts featuring their chosen name, logo, and your business logo on the back. This sponsorship supports participant pride, unity, and visibility—and gives each team something to wear and remember.

Car Kit Sponsor
approx. $25 per team *

Each team receives two pine car kits—one for racing and one for creative decoration. Your support ensures every team can participate fully in both competition and theme design.

Medal Sponsor
approx. $10 per participant *

Every participant receives a solid metal Pfeffer Derby medal—a token of recognition they cherish long after race day.

Prize Donations

We are seeking items for team prize baskets, door prizes, and the trophy winners. This could include gift cards, merchandise, or themed items.

Lunch and Water
Sponsors

Help provide meals, snacks, and drinks for participants and their support staff. Sponsors are recognized at the event and on social media.

Transportation
Sponsors

Help cover busing costs so day programs and classrooms outside St. Thomas can attend without financial barriers.

General Donations 

If you'd rather give toward the overall event cost, every dollar makes a difference. Any funds not used this year will be carried over to the 2026 Derby.
